Wedding Planning
Everyone remembers a wedding. The question is what for.
Destination weddings, receptions, sangeets and multi-day functions across Indore, Bhopal and the rest of Madhya Pradesh — designed, produced and run.
A wedding is the one event where nobody is a spectator. Every guest is somebody’s family, every hour has someone waiting on it, and there is no second take. Our job is to hold all of it — the design, the vendors, the timing, the thousand small things — so that the people it belongs to can actually be present at it.
The family should be guests at their own wedding
The most common thing we hear afterwards is that the mother of the bride finally got to sit down. That is the real brief. Vendor coordination, guest movement, room allocation, the caterer running late, the generator, the pandit’s timing — all of it is ours. If a problem reaches the family on the day, we have failed at the part we were hired for.
Design that belongs to the couple, not to a catalogue
Every wedding season has a look that everybody copies. We start somewhere else: what the two families actually are, where they are from, what the couple would find embarrassing. Then decor, stage, lighting and flow are built from that. The photographs age better and the day feels like it belonged to somebody.
Multi-day functions, run to a real timetable
Haldi, mehndi, sangeet, pheras, reception — five productions in four days, often in different venues, with the same guests and the same crew. That is a logistics problem before it is a design problem. We build the run sheet backwards from the muhurat and rehearse the transitions, because the day a function starts late is the day the rest of the week runs late.
Destination weddings across Madhya Pradesh and beyond
Palaces, resorts, farmhouses and hotels in and around Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain and Maheshwar, and travel for weddings further afield. Venue recce, permissions, guest logistics, accommodation and transport are handled as part of the job, not billed as a surprise.

Questions we get asked
- Do you plan destination weddings outside Indore?
- Yes. We work across Madhya Pradesh — Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, Maheshwar and the resorts and palaces around them — and we travel for weddings outside the state. Venue recce, permissions, guest travel and accommodation are part of what we handle.
- How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?
- Six to nine months is comfortable for a destination wedding, mainly because the venue and the good vendors go first. We do take on shorter timelines — tell us the date and we will tell you honestly what is still available and what is not.
- Can you take on only part of the wedding?
- Yes. Some families want everything from the first venue visit to the last guest leaving. Others have their own vendors and bring us in for decor and stage design, or purely for on-day coordination so nobody in the family is running the show.
- What does a wedding planner in Indore actually cost?
- It depends entirely on the number of functions, the guest count and the venue — a single-day reception and a four-day destination wedding are not the same job. We quote after one conversation about scale and expectations, and the quote itemises what is ours and what is paid directly to vendors.
