Privacy Policy
Effective 20 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Redfeets collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.
Who we are
Redfeets is an event management, brand activation and marketing services business based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.
You can reach us at [email protected] or +91 89627 74177.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and to run the website.
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company and the contents of your message when you use our contact form or write to us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view. This is collected automatically by our website and analytics tools.
- Advertising and measurement data: identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies that let us measure our advertising and show relevant ads.
Why we use it
We use personal data for these purposes and no others:
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To send you information about our services where you have asked us to, or where we are permitted to do so.
- To measure and improve our website and marketing.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to protect against fraud and misuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used, and support our advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can clear or block them at any time. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.
Advertising and analytics partners
We advertise and measure our marketing using third-party platforms. When you use our site, these providers may receive data about your visit and may set their own cookies or identifiers. Each acts under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
- Google — including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and remarketing. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.
- Meta — including the Meta Pixel and Custom Audiences, used to measure campaigns and reach relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage this in your Meta ad preferences.
- Our website host and infrastructure providers, who process data on our instructions in order to serve the site.
Messaging: RCS, WhatsApp, SMS and email
Where you give us your phone number or email address, we may contact you about your enquiry. We send promotional messages over RCS, WhatsApp, SMS or email only where you have consented to receive them, or where the law otherwise permits.
You can withdraw that consent at any time — reply STOP to a message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to [email protected]. We will act on it promptly. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages we need to send about work already underway.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data.
We share it only where there is a reason to: with service providers who work on our behalf, such as hosting, email, analytics and advertising platforms; with professional advisers where necessary; and where we are required to by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Records we are legally required to retain are kept for the period the law specifies. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to each platform’s own settings.
When data is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you have the right to ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or completed, to have it erased, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to. You may also withdraw consent you have previously given.
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify your records. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case as required by law. See also our Data Deletion page for the erasure process specifically.
Keeping data safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access — including transport encryption, restricted access, and keeping our systems updated.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will act as the law requires.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it. If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
