Data Deletion Request

Effective 20 August 2026

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to ask, what happens, and what we may have to keep.

How to make a request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request".

Please include the name, email address and phone number you used when you contacted us, so we can find your records. If you have used more than one, list them all. We may ask one follow-up question to confirm the request genuinely comes from you — we do this to make sure nobody can delete someone else’s data.

What we delete

Once we have confirmed the request, we delete:

  • Your enquiry and any messages you sent us through the website.
  • Your contact details from our records and mailing lists.
  • Any notes we hold about your enquiry.

What we may have to keep

We may need to retain some information despite your request, and we will tell you if that applies:

  • Records we are required by law to keep, such as invoices and tax records, for the period the law specifies.
  • Information needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
  • A minimal record that you asked to be removed, so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within 7 working days and complete them within 30 days of confirming your identity. If a request is complex and needs longer, we will tell you why and when to expect it done.

Data held by advertising platforms

Google and Meta hold advertising and measurement data under their own controls, not ours. Deleting your data with us does not automatically remove it there.

To remove that data, use the controls in your Google account and your Meta account settings. We can tell you which of our campaigns may have reached you, but we cannot delete data from inside your account on those platforms.

Stopping messages without deleting data

If you only want us to stop contacting you, you do not need a deletion request. Reply STOP to any RCS, WhatsApp or SMS message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to [email protected]. We will stop, and keep the minimum record needed to honour it.

If you are not satisfied

Write to us at [email protected] and we will look at it again. If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
